Sound Healing

Sound is everywhere and the varying tones we hear can create a myriad of emotions within us. These emotions come from the vibrational frequency of the sounds we hear and feel.

We can easily see how sound affects water. If you play a sound it creates a pattern on the water. Different sounds and frequencies create different patterns. We are approximately made up of 70% water so sounds and frequencies affect that within us.

Each tone can align with the chakras within our body. They were originally “wheels of energy” but within the New Earth vibration they are now “spirals of energy” and these are upward and outward spirals of growth and expansion.

I love to work with the 432hz vibration as this linked with the heart and the heart is the gateway to our soul, our Higher Self and our soul mission and purpose.

Children are open energy channels and are aware of these aspects within them even if they aren’t able to explain them to you.

Sound is used as a healing tool and Sound Healing for Children is an holistic and therapeutic way of engaging them in this healing practice in a relaxing and calm way.

Banging drums, shaking maracas or tambourines create lots of sound in a way to create uplifting energy, get the happy hormones like seratonin flowing.

Crystal healing bowls, koshi chimes, wooden wind chimes create a calming and relaxing energy which can get our melatonin flowing which is the hormone that aids relaxation and sleep.

I have created a totally unique sound healing recording which includes my beautiful rainbow 432hz A tone singing bowl which aligns with the heart and third eye chakras opening and expanding these, my grounding Earth frequency koshi chimes and my gentle wooden wind chimes.

These sounds aid relaxation for your child and can be played before sleep or just to have on repeat in the background to create that soothing heart-based ambience.
