Sound is used as a healing tool and Sound Healing for Children is an holistic and therapeutic way of engaging them in this healing practice in a relaxing and calm way. Banging drums, shaking maracas or tambourines create lots of sound in a way to create uplifting energy, get the happy hormones like seratonin flowing.
Crystal healing bowls, koshi chimes, wooden wind chimes create a calming and relaxing energy which can get our melatonin flowing which is the hormone that aids relaxation and sleep.
I have created a totally unique sound healing recording which includes my beautiful rainbow 432hz A tone singing bowl which aligns with the heart and third eye chakras opening and expanding these, my grounding Earth frequency koshi chimes and my gentle wooden wind chimes.
These sounds aid relaxation for your child and can be played before sleep or just to have on repeat in the background to create that soothing heart-based ambience.
